I think the wrong account number was put in for my porting from Verizon to my NEW LG900G and I can't change it or check to see if it was entered wrong. I bought my NEW LG900G from BESTBUY and they was the ones that put in for my porting my number I have had for over 25 years on your site. I tried calling lastnight and was on hold for over 2 hours before a human came on the phone and as soon as she asked me for my first name, the phone was disconected. When trying to call back I was on hold for over 5 hours (NO JOKE THERE EITHER, 5 HOURS) on two different phones calling in. I got tired on waiting on a human I hung up and when calling back the recording said you was closed. As a matter of fact it said call back between the hours of 9am to 8:50pm which is the exact time I was disconted. I need to get this transfur done ASAP and want to reach someone at NET10 to check to see if you got all the correct info to move the trasfur faster. PLEASE PLEASE someone contact me ASAP!!!!!!!!I have more then one NET10 PHONE and I would like to add this new one. I also have another question about the transfur, my OLD number would ALWAYS SO UP when calling others as PRIVATE and I would like to know if I can KEEP this option?Another question I have is does the LG900G run off of the verison towers like the Samsung R355C? I was reading in here that it may NOT, and if so I'm not sure if I like that idea. I was under the impression that all NET10 phones ran off of the verizon towers.
