Phone port from Tracfone not working

I've been on hold with Net10 for an hour now and am going to have to give up since I have an appointment to get to. Is this what Customer Service is about on Net10?I tried to port my number from Tracfone to my new LG phone online over 10 days ago. I was told I had to have a new Sim card and one was sent to me. I tried going online again to complete the process and got a screen that said "You have successfully programmed your phone" with my number listed. Says so on my account page too. But the phone still doesn't make or receive calls. Instead my old Tracfone is still active. I've lost over a week of time I paid for and can't use my phone. Can't get through to their Tech Support and really don't have the time to spend hours on hold, especially since they aren't available 24/7. Been with Tracfone for years and thought the same company would have the same level of service. Not.
