Last week I bought a Net10 phone and signed up to have my previous cell number switched to this phone. My phone still hasn't been activated and I've been unable to find out the status of my number switch. Yesterday I was on hold for an hour. This morning I was on hold for an hour and a half. I called a second time today and was on hold for another hour. And I still haven't gotten through to talk to anyone. Also, if you click the About Us link at the bottom of their website it takes you to a page with contact information. I send an email to the
CustomerFeedback@net10.com and
CustomerEscalations@net10.com addresses, and both were returned as being undeliverable. Its impossible to talk to some if you have a problem. Don't buy their phones.
