problems getting ported and getting started

Greetings,I have been having problems since early December. I have emailed four times and I have called the 800 number 6 times. Still the phone is not working. It never worked once.serial number telephone number. The telephone was the number from my AT&T landline. When I call out on the Net10cell phone, the caller ID registers as the correct number.But when someone calls in, it rings to the old landline.I called ATT customer service and they said the account was terminated. They could not explain why I could still call on the number, and they told me to call ATT Repair. ATT Repair does not answer their phone. I tried for 4 hours on hold on Friday, and 3.5 today.Also, my net10 phone says 9 minutes and 30 days left. I was supposed to get 300 minutes when I bought the phone.Sincerely,Joe Alotta
