I bought an LG900g from a local store on 3 Jan 2011. I did the activation online stuff, put in the pin for the 30 days unlimited that I also bought, and asked for my current phone number to be ported.Until today, nothing has happened (I know that it can take a lot longer). Today, my new phone shows signal strength, and the current time and date. It, also, shows my phone number under the Prepaid key.The problem(s) are:My old phone is still completely functional.My new phone is still telling me that activation is required, and I'm not about to call anyone.When I login to my account on net10, I am told that there are some steps that I have to take. I follow them (the code entry stuff). The only number that comes up is 0. I am then told that I need to talk to customer service, and am given a phone number.This is my ONLY phone, and number. I have -12- minutes left on it, although I have 19 days. I cannot call you and fix this.Help. Please.
