Porting a number that is not active.

Is it possible to port a number that was used for 24 years and disconnected less than 6 months ago to an existing net 10 phone with a different number?

Hi baggage1. My name is NET10 Stephanie and I will be addressing your question. Net10 cannot port the number unless it is active. Upon request to port the number, it must be active and working with your current service provider. I believe this answers your question. It's been a pleasure helping you. Have a good day.
