Manual port release request.

I am trying to switch my service from Net10 to US Mobile and the port request has been submitted to Net10 but it is still on hold and it has been about 36 hours now and I am still waiting for port release from Net10 to US Mobile. I cannot call NET10 customer service because I used all of my minutes when I called Net10 on Friday 11/25. I do not have a working phone right now. US Mobile has asked me to contact Net10 and ask for a manual port release. Can you please do a manual port release to speed this process up, I need a working phone asap.
