No service and customer website is down

I can honestly say, there is not a single issue here I haven't experienced. Today I was on chat help with "Nestor". A simple task that, as net10 simple tasks seem to do, has gone bad.

All I wanted was to correct the information showing in my account. My phone worked (more or less) but the Imei was wrong. Thinking that might be the reason my iPhone didn't show if I had messages, I put my service at risk to correct the info on my phone.

Ok, how tough can fixing that be? Apparently not as simple as I thought.

The chat person, Nestor, said it was fixed. So I thought nothing about it until I was leaving work and noticed "no service" in the corner of my phone.

Every time i ask for help, something geys broken. I mean every stinkin' time! Now my phone is dead!

So I thought I'd login to chat support (since I have no phone service) and the net10 website is down! You've got to be kidding.

This service is truly horrible.
