I tried to transfer my net10 number to a new phone on the website. I ended with a new number on my new phone, which is useless to me for my work. My old phone shows inactive, and have been told by two different customer service reps that my old number cannot be transferred. I can still receive service on my old number, so I don't understand why I cannot transfer it to new phone, or reactivate the old phone to keep the number.
