Hi GarthRanzz. My name is NET10 Sam and I will be addressing your question. The account number is the serial number or the IMEI/ESN/MEID DEC of your branded NET10 phone. If you are using a BYOP SIM card, the account number is the last 15-digit of your SIM card number. There's no PIN or password. Thanks.
