Cannot Register Account

I was on the phone with Carla trying to activate a previous Verizon phone over to Net 10. I received the SIM card in the mail and called the number to activate and for some reason Carla said there already was an account created for me. I don't recall creating an account before so both Carla and I tried to create an account. We could not get passed the Create Account page. Even if everything was already filled in, it would just send us back to the beginning with no error messages.

I asked if there was a credit card number already on file but both of my card numbers that could actually be on an account were not the ones already associated with an account in my name.

Is it possible to get an account deleted and create a fresh one so that I can get registered properly and can get my phone activated?
