Why the hell can't Net100 have a simple support email listed on their website????
Are you kidding me???

I wasted 4 hours doing this and that on their BROKEN WEBSITE, trying to go through preset support options, THAT DON'T LIST THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING?!?!?!

I had a old 2G phone that went out of service.
Website said we'll send a new one for free.
Did that 2 months ago, NO PHONE CAME!!!
So I went and bought a new phone from Walmart.

Tried to transfer my 1865 Remaining minutes to the new phone.
The website said "old phone is NOT ACTIVE"!!! Can't transfer!
So I bought a whole new plan card "300 minutes 60 days".
Added that to the new phone.
New phone was giving menu errors.
Returned that and bought another one.

Successfully transferred to 2nd new phone.
Then this New phone started saying "Need activation"?!?!?!
WTH???

So I bought another 3rd new phone!!!!!!!

Now I am trying to transfer service to this 3rd new phone!!!

Its not letting.

The astronomically dumb Net10 website service says "CALL if you are having problems" !!!?????

Are you people INSANE??????

HOW CAN I CALL IF MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING??????!!!!!


Solve this problem ASAP.
