Need assistance changing phones

After briefly clicking around the forum I noticed immediately that changing phones is not going to be anywhere close to what I am used to so I should really start this process right now.
So I have a current working net 10 phone +service, I have a Samsung android that I am trying to switch over to. So if we could resolve this issue offline and message me as soon as possible so we can get this process started that would be great. I'm also guessing before this is over I'm going to need all the info to create a APN for net10. Oh and by the way I seemed to have forgot to mention, and I know it's not really in the correct thread but while you are already assisting me, I'm in a real need of my PUK code as well. Thanks, I'm almost afraid to find out actually how difficult this is going to be and how long. Any carrier I've ever seen should only take around let's say 10 minutes, and that's if you speak really slow, pronouncing your words carefully so you are able to be understood. I can't wait.

And btw, what's up with this fake forum that had no actual responses, just the net10 computer generated response already giving an apology and going private message. Weirdest thing I've seen lately, entire forum of unanswered questions.
