Activate new phone / transfer existing number

I am a current NET 10 customer. I have a NET 10 LG 220C that I need to replace. I am planning on purchasing an LG G360 unlocked dual sim Quad Band GSM. It uses a micro size SIM. I would like to know if I can transfer my existing NET 10 phone number (and minutes) to this phone after I activate it with a NET 10 SIM. Also, can I use the 300 minute/60 day Pay-As-You-Go NET 10 card rather than a Monthly Plan card? I do not need data, only voice calling and texting. Thank you.

Hello, I am a current Net10 customer and I am having trouble porting my husbands line from Verizon to Net10. It says it is processing and has been for several days now.
