Hi NET10,
I'm posting on behalf of my wife. We were happy NET10 customers for a couple years, but in the last few months of 2015, my wife's phone stopped being able to place and receive calls with zero warning. When she called NET10 support, she was told that the phone number had "expired." When I called, a NET10 technician was able to reprogram the phone so that it worked again, but it broke again a few days later. After a series of frustrating chats and phone calls with completely unhelpful NET10 tech support, I had no success, so I switched her to Google Fi. However, I was not able to port her number over. I want to finish the job with NET10's help.
My questions to you are as follows:
1) Why did you expire my wife's phone number without warning, a few days after we prepaid for another month?
2) Is her phone account still active such that the number should be able to be ported from NET10 to Fi?
3) If not, what do I need to do to get you to activate her phone so you can release her phone number so it can be ported to Fi?
