Port transfer process and neither phone has service now.

I am waiting for the port process to complete. I am trying to transfer my number from Straight Talk to Net 10. I was sent a message that my old phone would work until the process was complete. This is not the case. Now, I have no service on either phone. I am unable to call Net 10 this being the case and there is no chat support on the website. Please, if anyone has any information to help me I would appreciate it, thanks!

I am having the same problem. This is my first time on here and don't even know how to have a forum admin contact me. May I ask how your situation ended up finally?
