I am waiting for the port process to complete. I am trying to transfer my number from Straight Talk to Net 10. I was sent a message that my old phone would work until the process was complete. This is not the case. Now, I have no service on either phone. I am unable to call Net 10 this being the case and there is no chat support on the website. Please, if anyone has any information to help me I would appreciate it, thanks!
