I purchased a $35 monthly plan for my phone, which has worked in the past, on the last day on my service dates. The phone did not update like it normally would. The next day the phone became unactive. I have bank records and records on my account page that say I paid for the plan but for some reason the plan wasn't added to my phone. I would like this problem fixed as soon as possible. If that is not possible I would like to have a refund for the last plan I purchased. After two years of being with NET10, this is my first real issue.
