Sprint iPhone 5 said to be uncompatible

I am having a difficult time transferring my current Net10 service to a Sprint iPhone5. I purchased the 4GLTE kit and am being told now my phone is not compatible. I checked the site before purchasing the kit and it instructed me to buy the kit. Any suggestions? Over the phone support just kept telling me it was not compatible.
