Activation not working

Bought a new phone a few weeks ago, tried to transfer service from old phone, didn't work. Spent a couple hours on the phone with customer service, get told that a new sim card would be arriving between monday and wednesday last week. Nothing. Call customer service yesterday, they have no record of sim card being sent out. This is getting ridiculous. I need this phone working IMMEDIATELY.

I'm running into an issue similar as well. Unable to port from Verizon to Net10
