Trying to port new number and register for plan

Hello,

I have been a customer for some time but am now trying to port my girlfriend's phone number to a new sim. I registered it and set up the plan but the checkout did not complete. So I then tried again and it did the same thing (showing a white page with a single red square after confirming credit card information).

I then checked my credit card and I was charged twice. Can someone please remove one of the charges and also let me know if the port is taking place or not?

I'm having trouble transferring service from my husband's Verizon account to Net10. It just gets stuck processing. Happened twice now.
