I'm trying to transfer service.

i have a new sim card that I activated and paid for a monthly plan. I put in all of of my correct transfer information. My sim card for my account says phone inactive. After placing a work ticket. I have received no useful help, just instructions to do what I have already done and charged for twice.

I would like to move forward with this process. Help is needed. Is it my sim card or something else.
