It appears that Net10 killed my existing net10 service before activating and transferring service to my existing Verizon Wireless iPhone 5 phone. I now have no phone service whatsoever and had to purchase a cheap TracFone to contact 'Customer Care'.
I was informed that I needed a new SIM and that one would be sent to my mailing address. It is now 3 days after the ticket (114465****) was created and I have had no notification (phone or email) that the product has been shipped to me.
I have a NET10 "Account" and by logging in I have found that the Verizon number that I was asking to port over to NET10 was assigned to Serial Number '25669146780374****' that isn't even close to being my phone's IMEI ID.....
I'm now 4 days without service using my original Verizon phone number and getting really getting annoyed each time I call Customer Service and am told "I'm working my tools....please, wait a moment" and eventually "You will have to wait 3 to 5 days for the new SIM to arrive and then we can activate your phone".
Just when will the SIM be shipped and is there a tracking number as I live in a rural area and sometimes have to track down from the neighbors when a new delivery driver misses where I live......
