Same issue here with me, one time I called they told me that I had to keep my current phone on until the service stopped THEN turn off/on the new iphone (going from andriod to iphone) then the second time I called they said to keep the current phone off because it could stop the transfer process, so just wait and keep turning new iphone off/on until it came up with service then dail the ##72786#. I don't know what the correct way to do this is, PLEASE HELP
