It appears that Net10 killed my existing net10 service before activating and transfering service to my new net10 phone. I now have no phone service whatsoever and am unable to contact 'Customer Care'. I am self employed in transportation services and without a working phone my customers cannot reach me, nor I them. I have been without service for approximately3 hours now.
