Switched Phones - Same SIM - No MMS

I just switched from my old Nexus 4 - taking my BYOP SIM and putting it into my new LG G2 phone.

MMS is not working.

I put in the following APN settings:
http://m.net10byop.com/view/page/p/1138 ... ttings-att

But when I send an MMS the phone says "Data Service Not Available".

For any other users having this issue:

Phone: LG G2 D800 unlocked
APN per above web page, and then make sure in addition to set:

Port: 80 (note not just MMS Port)
APN Type: default, mms,supl

The APN type is not listed on the website instructions for BYOP settings for Android phones it seems.
