I have two LG net10 phones. I am on autorefill plan. I was trying to transfer from Showtime phone back to LG900G phone but it said I needed a sim card. I had a new sim card that net10 a few months ago but then I decided not to change phones. today I put that sim card in my phone, went online to change the number/service from one phone to the other and now both phones are not working - that is no service with either. When i go online to the net10 website it says the phone i put the sim card in and am trying to activate as "porting in" and I get SIM Lock Code-1 message on first screen. what to do? Neither phone is operable and I cannot phone net 10 since i do not have working phone. when you say to take the message of line and that you will contact me, what does that mean? are you going to contract me thru my private email address or how? I have no idea how to receive that "private message" from you.
