cannot activate previous phone!

I am trying to register my HTC 4G LTE. I got to the point where you pick the size of your sim card, I did that. Then it told me one had to be ordered for my phone & I had to contact customer service. I dont understand as I bought the 4G LTE byop activation kit & it has sim cards in it. When I went back in to try & do it again, it told me that sim was already in system & I had to contact customer service. Had I known it was going to be this much of an issue, I would of had the connection center do it at my store where I bought it.

Please help!
