Porting # from Virgin Mobile and activating new OnePlus One

I am attempting to port my number from Virgin Mobile over to Net10 and simultaneously switch from an old HTC Evo to my new OnePlus One. I have gone through the online porting process and installed and supposedly activated a nano SIM card as well as a service plan.

However, it has been a week and my account still says my number is in the process of being ported; when entered my ticket number responds with an error message. My old Virgin Mobile phone is still working and there has been no change in my new phone.... Any Help? this is far longer than seems necessary.
