Transferred number from tracfone to used net 10 phone

I reactivated an old net 10 phone and transferred my current tracfone number. My tracfone no longer works and my net 10 is not working. I have tried turning it off and back on. I have tried dialing ##72786# like I was to and it wont work. It asks for a service code. Also tried updating the profile and prl with no luck. Software update says it is up to date. Tried removing battery and putting it back in. Please help need my phone. I have pais for a service and already lost one day I paid for.
