port gone wrong

port gone wrong

Postby jacqimasters » Mon Mar 02, 2015 10:59 pm

I had two phones with net 10 numbers. One used a sim card and one did not. I purchased a new phone and wanted to get rid of my phone using the sim card, but keep both numbers. I was told I could not keep both numbers. So I ported the number associated with my sim card to the phone that did not use a sim card. It is the main number I needed to keep. I was then told that the sim-less phone could not accept a port and that I needed to cancel the port process which would put my number back to my sim card. My sim card phone continues to work with my number. In my account though net10 has this sim card listed as deactivated. I called and was told there was a glitch and it should be fixed in an hour. It is a week later and there is no fix.
