48 hours ago we called to activate a new net10 phone and have the number from our old net10 phone transferred over. this is ridiculous! old phone stopped working about an hour after calling, but yet new phone will not activate! are you kidding me?! how is it ok to go without a phone?! our ticket still says the phone number is in the process of porting over. it's from one net10 phone to another net10 phone, not another company! i'm getting fed up!
