Problem with Existing Net 10 Service

Problem with Existing Net 10 Service

Postby Drukenstyle » Fri Feb 27, 2015 4:20 am

Hello. I recently purchased a Samsung I997 Infuse 4G from Walmart as an upgrade from my Samsung SGH-S390G. It is supposed to be an unlocked phone. I tried to put in the sim card that I also got to go with the SGH, but it is telling me invalid sim. I know it works in the old phone. What do I need to do to get it to work in the new one?

I bought a Net10 phone from the store and didn't change out the SIM card or anything.
I ported my phone number from my previous provider.
Everything worked fine, I added minutes I was able to make and receive phone calls and text messages and access the internet.
Now all of a sudden it says sim not provisioned mm2.
