Switching service from current to previous phone A JOKE :(

I am VERY disappointed in customer service, to say the LEAST!!!!
I have been a net10 customer for a few years and this is probably gonne be the straw that broke the camels back. I am 39 weeks pregnant, due any day. i cannot go without a phone. i sold my current iphone that im using now and was going to use my previous phone already listed on my account. when i called customer service they tell me i have to wait 3-5 days for a sim card to come in. I CAN NOT WAIT! I have 3 children and a baby due any minute and without transportation. I cannot go without a phone and considering the phone is already in my account, WHY ON EARTH would i need a new sim?
your service should come with a warning: cheap plans due to constant inconvenience and poor customer service. also, if you dont plan on using the same phone for forever, please also purchase sim cards in advance unless you want to be without a phone for a month.
Ive dealt with net10 on this "3-5 day wait for new sim" before and i will say that every time it was at least 2 weeks.
Honestly, who on earth can go without a phone for a half a month?
Unless customer service does something to fix this ASAP to where i dont have to wait, Im leaving net10 and going with another company.
Im already paying $20 more a month for high speed data thats always throttled before the end of the month anyways.
I AM LIVID!!! :(((((
