I recently lost my Net10 phone. I bought a new net10 phone and thought it would be a simple transition to transfer the phone number. I called from a friends phone and followed the prompts to activate the phone and start the transfer process. It has been more than 24 hours and still not working. I have both serial numbers for the lost and the new phone. I can't figure this out.
