porting net 10 numbers

I have 2 net10 phones one is a net10 phone and the other is a bring your own phone. Both phones are currently active and have service. I would like to swap the phone numbers but maintain the plans on the phone as they are. What do I need to do to accomplish this. I am being told I need to buy two new sim cards and the service I currently have on each phone will be swapped once I do. I want to keep the unlimited service on the bring your own phone since I just paid for it and keep the net10 phone with the current plan.
