Port my Net 10 number to another provider

I need to port my net 10 number to a different provider. I understand my account number is the last 15 digits of my Net 10 sim card. I need to know my Net 10 password or pin which the new provider asks for during the porting process.

Have you helpers ever considered that if you answered questions in the forums instead of in private messages (I have no new private messages btw) that maybe we could find answers to our questions without the need for new posts?

I see this forum here is a waste of time. The "helpers" appear to be bots of some sort who resolve to private messaging. There are a lot of frustrated customers who come on here that want answers and it would be helpful to others to see how issues are resolved. Not let's private message. What the hell is up with that?

I would like to terminate my service with net 10 and switch to another service provider in hopes that i will have better service. I previously ported my number to net 10 from Assurance Wireless. I wish to continue using my phone number with the next carrier i choose, I need a little bit of help finding the information i need to complete this process. I need my account number and pin, where do i find these? thank you in advance.
