Net10 stole my number and account info from AT&T

my number and account info were stolen from ATT by net10 and ported to one of their customers. My phone stopped working and this other person is receiving all of my calls and messages. When net10 was called, their attitude about the whole situation is "who cares?" I'm ready to file a class action lawsuit against them, who's with me?
