Account shows active but number disconnected!

Account shows active but number disconnected!

Hi I just transferred my wife's number to a new phone and it has working fine for about a week.
Her number has now been disconnected but her account shows she is enrolled in easy minutes and active.
200 minutes were just added last week.
We really do not want to lose her phone number.

I cannot login into the forum using her email so I am using my account.
