Very disappointed, I ported my number over from another provider thinking I could save a couple bucks on wireless service to only find out that I won't even have a working phone after almost 3 days. I have contacted customer care several times only to get the run around. You need to wait, it has to activate manually. We ported two numbers the other phone works fine. This one doesn't do anything. No texts, no call, and no activation. I was told that you could bring your own phone so I brought my iPhone from Sprint (iPhone 4) and was assured it was activated. Nothing has worked like it said and I am extremely upset. If this was how I believed things would have worked when I changed carriers I should have just stayed with the other company.
