So I went on your website and clicked on the "is your phone compatible" button. I entered my phones MEID and it said my phone was supported by your network and led me to a page telling me to purchase a network access code. I did this and paid around $40 for this. When i tried to activate it today it told me that my phone wasn't supported. When I called technical support to ask for a refund they told me that it was my fault and that they wouldn't give me a refund for this. So, I'm coming here to ask for one. This is clearly not my fault, if my phone isn't compatible then your website shouldn't tell me it is and then send me to a purchasing page indicating I should spend my money on your product. Really this is all making me fairly angry, but I'm trying to be polite.
