BYOP from ATT and no 4g lTE

Recently moved from ATT to net10 with a att iphone 5s. Tested with a SIM card at first to make sure it was working in our area. Then ported a number from ATT to net10. Received a new sim card and have not gotten 4G speeds since. How do I get 4g speeds back?
