Porting a Verizon Galaxy S3 to an existing Net10 account

My girlfriend has a Net10 account and phone number she has been using on Net10 for several years. I want to give her my Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 so she can use it with her existing phone number and account. What do I need to do to make this work?
