I will go ahead and try to explain my problem and my issues as best I can.
I have been a Net10 customer for a few months, if not longer now. I recently got a new smart phone to replace my cheap phone with.
I put a $40 airtime card on the new phone since I had ran out of minutes my old one. I now want to transfer for my old phone number to my new phone.
I have been on the phone with 3 different representatives claiming to port it over and reactivate my phone, and each time, it just wasn't done. The last person I contacted said the same thing, and now its just inactive and hasn't been reactivated at all.
I simply want my old number moved to this phone. The number is with Net10, it doesn't even need to be forwarded from another company. I have had verizon forward a number to Net10 before while on the phone and it took less than 30 minutes. I am not sure what the hold up is here. I am very frustrated as I have no way to contact clients now because my phone is completely deactivated.
Can anyone help me with this?
