Transfer phone number from old regular SIM to NEW nano SIM

I've got an older Motorola Photon on the Net10 network on the BYOP program. It uses a regular SIM.

I recently ordered a new unlocked phone which requires a nano SIM. I already purchased a new nano SIM. I need to know how to transfer my number from my old regular SIM to my new nano SIM.

FYI, the website for activating phones seems to be down, so I can't use that.
