SMS not working

I can make phone calls.
I can receive Phone calls.
I can send MMS.
I can not receive MMS
I can not send or receive SMS.

I have a OnePlus One phone with android 4.4.4 running on it. I switched from AT&T (everything was working) to Net10 on Monday. I have tried diffrent APNs but then I understand that SMS doesn't use APNs. I have factory reset my phone. I don't know what else to try.

Same issue. I can make phone calls anywhere and on one side of town I can text but no data. On the other side of town no text but can use data and mms just fine. Everything worked perfect until my phone updated to lollipop. Have an sch-1545

Hey so I seem to be having the same issue as those above. I can send a Text and it says it was sent and I've confirmed that some people get the texts but I haven't received any texts back. I have even tried sending them to myself as a test and it says it sends successfully but I never actually get the text I sent.
