I can make phone calls.
I can send MMS messages.
I can not receive MMS Messages.
I can not send or receive SMS Messages.
It says that the SMS message was sent however the the other number never receives it.
I have a oneplus one phone with android 4.4.4. I have tried wiping my phone but that didn't fix the issue. I've tried different APNs but after further investigation I understand that the APN settings don't have anything to do with SMS messages.
