I have been trying for at least the past week to prot my number from virgini mobile to the net10 phone I had to buy. I keep calling the 800 number for net 10 and get switched to the porting department and they tell me give them 24 hours and call back I stii do not have the phone I had to buy active and I am getting pissed off. If I didn't buy the phone I would say forget the whole thing. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
