I was trying to port in a number from Ting and it didn't go through I was told when I spoke to customer service. That SIM card I was using is useless now because it's stuck in "porting in" status and I tried to use the PIN I was trying to do the port with on another SIM card so I have a working device and now it says that PIN was already used.
How do I get back my SIM and PIN or at least the PIN so I can use what I paid $50 for!!
It should immediately be credited back to me when a port fails, I should not have to contact support to get back something that was never used'
