Switched from AT&T. Not getting 4G LTE. Can't get voicemail.

Hi, I ported my phone from AT&T to net10 wireless and now I'm not getting 4G LTE service (only seeing 3G) and I also can't seem to access my voice mail box. Can someone help me with this?

I recently ported from ATT as well. But only get 3g service on a iPhone 5s. How do I get 4g LTE back?
