mms & data not working

I successfully CDMA registered and activated the following pre-paid Verizon (non-LTE) 3G phone:

HTC Droid Incredible 2, (verizon wireless version)
voice and texting working perfectly, MMS & DATA don't work at all.
zip code: 43723

This phone was never activated with Verizon Wireless, it was brand new.

I called the *22890 registration and received the confirmation, multiple times. No luck getting the data working. I made sure data was turned on on the phone, and roaming was turned off.

Any ideas on getting it to work would be most appreciated. It is a useless device these days without cellular data access. (currently paid for the $50 unlimited plan).

I am having issues sending and receiving MMS on my HTC one m7. I have already gone through updating my APN settings with no success. My mobile internet works.
